Profactaplan provides project controls services, specialising in project planning, in the engineering project management environment. Our vision is for project success to be the norm, not the exception, and we work hard to increase the quality of project controls in the field. We train Project Planners, rate their skill, audit schedules for credibility and even do awareness seminars to ensure companies know how to get the best out of their project controls department. Our services are drafted to the requirements of the project, not just placing Planners on-site, but supporting the project from the home office with a host of experienced professionals. Our training, to prospective Planners ensure a fully equipped influx of new professionals can enter the field, and to established Planners it fills the skills gaps that existed due to lack of education in this field in the past.A basic overview of project controls is provided in the form of a seminar to execs, project teams or even every company employee, whatever the field of business, increasing understanding and thus productivity.Project schedule audits, team audits and/or department audits ensure project controls of international standards can be achieved and especially ensures credibility of schedules for dispute/claim situations.
