Entering a new fitness center can be confusing and intimidating enough but initiating a new wellness program can be absolutely overwhelming unless you have people to help you.At Training Partners we know you are out of your comfort zone so work hard to make sure everyone feels welcome and at ease from their first step in the door. We will introduce you to other members and clients; teach you how to use the equipment and follow-up with you on a consistent basis to ensure you are making progress and settling in. Because we are small – you NEVER get lost in the crowd.While the majority of our business (75%) consists of one-on-one and small group training there are also some individuals who come in and workout on their own or take classes. There are various options for membership; fees can be paid monthly, quarterly or daily if you are only going to be visiting for a couple of days. As a member you will be able to experience all morning classes, cardio and strength equipment, locker rooms and shower facilities. There is no fee for member guests on Saturdays.
