ABOUT US Our year-round staff of 28 (13 full-time; 15 part-time), along with our summer staff of more than 70 operates a progressive series of afterschool and summer programs for more than 250 urban young people, deploys over 1,500 people annually to perform free home repairs for more than 130 of Pittsburgh's elderly homeowners annually, and provides recreation space through the maintenance of Fowler Park and operation of Fowler pool. OUR VISION That Pittsburgh will be called a City of Truth, where once again men and women of ripe old age will sit in the streets each with cane in hand because of age, and where the city streets will be filled with boys and girls playing there (adapted from Zechariah 8:4-5).
