They wanted to provide Northern California with a superior level of service in the area of Construction Management. Since that time, we have enjoyed steady, carefully controlled growth and have built an impressive portfolio of satisfied clients within K-12 school districts, universities, colleges, health care and the private sector. VPCS also provides hourly consulting services, Inspector of Record services and Bond Program Management. Additionally, we perform Cost Estimating and Constructability Reviews for several university campuses, K-12 school districts and Architectural firms.
