We also offer make ready services for real estate sales and property management.CK Handyman Services was founded in 2016, and CK Construction was founded in 2020, by Charles and Katherine Marshall, with the ideals and intention of beating out the competition in both quality and pricing. A Small, locally, Veteran Owned handyman business, with over 20 years of experience. We are a member of The Association of Certified Handyman Professionals, the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, and a VesraLift and Garage Gator Certified Installer. Our owner is ACHP certified, and a Life Member of the Handyman Club of America. All of our craftsmen complete 120 hours of annual continuous education to ensure that we meet and exceed the current standards. We also offer ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act) compliant home modifications. We regularly offer holiday specials, and discounts for veterans, 1st Responders, and their families.
