Cure is one of Australia's newest technology recruitment companies and is the result of two senior internal recruiters joining forces. With a combined 22+ years of experience hiring across ANZ and the wider APAC region we have taken in multiple sides of the recruitment game, from boutique agency, to managing regional and global Talent Acquisition for mid-sized ISV's (Nintex and Aconex), and to leading tech and sales talent acquisition for Big Tech organisations (Oracle and Microsoft). We've found that what clients need most from a recruiter (in addition to fantastic candidates) is an honest approach, and an in-depth understanding / appreciation of how internal processes work.We've built multiple teams over the years (in some cases from the ground up) and have helped over 1,000 candidates to be hired. We've always worked with technology companies and naturally this means most of the roles we've hired have been software engineers, DevOps engineers, product managers, UX etc. However, given the nature of our previous roles we've also hired numerous candidates in the tech sales, HR, marketing, finance and operations space.
