The Athletix philosophy places an emphasis on manual therapy in addition to corrective exercise, performance-based sport-specific exercise and postural re-alignment. Our end goal is to rejuvenate athletes back to optimal health in order to adequately and safely return them to sport or activity, while minimizing risk of injury/re-injury.
