PACC is an association incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act 2009 (NSW). As an incorporated association, PACC is registered with NSW Fair Trading. Each Parent whose child uses PACC (either for out of school hours or vacation care service) is eligible for membership of PACC.PACC is governed by a Parent Management Committee, whose membership is comprised of PACC members. The Parent Management Committee has delegated the day to day running of PACC to the PACC Director, as set out in the governance and management policy. All other decisions are made by the Parent Management Committee, who meet regularly in accordance with THE CONSTITUTION.PACC is also a charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission, and complies with its obligations under the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 (Cth).
