Born out of our long-time commitment to social justice and a desire to make coaching accessible to as many people as possible, this powerful, heart-centered program helps people envision and contribute to the creation of more equitable and just communities.Organization Transformation helps organizations expand engagement and implement cultural change. We develop leaders and facilitators to support change initiatives. ChangeMakers is a 4-month program that trains transformational facilitators.
