Viande Royal Meat is a family-run business that has been in operation since 1982. The owner originally started working as a smoked meat cutter at the Snowdon Deli when he decided to open a business selling meats to the locals in the Park/Bernard area of Montreal. Viande Royal Meat eventually expanded into the wholesale company it is today which distributes meats to restaurants all across the city of Montreal. One of our specialties is our rib steak, which are aged a minimum of 45 days for the best quality and flavor.
