Tuition Extra offers bespoke educational packages to children and young people who have been unable to engage in formal education for a variety of reasons. Whether it be as a result of health needs, complex SEN or SEMH, we have a wealth of experience and are able to offer a wrap-around provision from 4 to 25 years of age. Our integrated services enable academic success through a holistic approach which places each young person at the centre of what we do. Our ability to offer a truly bespoke package, based on individual needs, sets us apart from other providers. We are able to operate flexibly in a home environment, from our premises, from public spaces or from our holistic farm. Our Results: Our risk of exclusion KS4 students (2018/2019), obtained grades in all entered subjects. All achieving Levels 3, 4 or higher. The value-added score for single elements of Maths and English ranged from 0.41 to 1.23 for this group. All students had progression routes varying from placements with KTA, The Armed Forces, or East Kent College. This supports the KCC Alternative Provision outcome of progression into KS5. Engagement of all students improved from an average of 11% to 95% in their four months with us.
