Starting with a modest sixteen room hotel, the company's current portfolio has grown to fifteen premium branded hotels located across the southeast. With an aggressive growth plan, PeachState expects to manage in excess of twenty five hotels by the end 2020. Well on the way to this vision, the company has opened eight hotels in the last twelve months with three more set to break ground in 2019.
