We support Seed Companies and Value Chain Projects in Digital Transformation and Strategic Advisory. We help clients to manage Campaigns, Farmer/Dealer Profiling, Demo Effectiveness Tracking, Product Liquidation and run ABS programs. Our strategic approach is derived based on our pilots and commercial projects working with companies like Syngenta, Advanta, Seed Works in both Seed Marketing and Seed Production Spaces. We have been engaging field force, dealers and farmers in the crop segments like Vegetables, Rice, Corn and Cotton. Our Solution Field Force Effectiveness (FFE): We manage and support companies in monitoring daily travel logs, daily activity plans, crop/product based activities, achievements against targeted for each markets/villages. Providing the management a comprehensive LEADER BOARD of Campaign Activities and Farmer Outreach. Farm Decision System (FDSS): One step further, we help companies to connect back with the last mile – Farmers, Dealers and Field Force with sharp insights relating to crop, product or season dynamics. We have graduated ourselves from General Advisory to Specific Decision system to the last mile. We believe in the Power of Decision rather than providing generic, non-targeted advisory which are not valued by our channel players and farmers. Product Marketing Solutions (PMS): As we all know, digitizing our go-to-market (GTM) involves a 360* approach in terms of Data Capture, Data Process and converting them into Decisions that can Drive our business to profitability. Our Product and Engagement model is also very much aligned to these principles. We help converting the campaigns, demos, schemes into effective demand and value capture connecting with dealers.
