Welcome to Alpine Lakes! Here you will find Holistic Counseling with a focus on Mental Wellness. We believe everyone is capable of healing, growth, and change. Our practitioners recognize the significance of the mind-body connection. Thus, healing takes into account how our body has been impacted by years of trauma and stress. Healing starts with the nervous system, helping you to readjust and find peace and safety in your body. Restoring your nervous system to a more regulated state allows you to safely participate in reprocessing, reAlwiring, and healing trauma that may be stored in the mind and body. Whether you work with one of our therapists to lay the groundwork necessary to move into trauma-focused treatment, or you are ready to dive into deeper healing, we are here to support you!In addition to the mind-body model, we also offer a mind-body-soul approach to healing for those who want it. At Alpine Lakes we incorporate energy realignment and healing work. Whether through trauma-informed chakra healing yoga classes, reiki, or connecting to your intuition via tarot, oracle, or affirmation decks, meditation, and/or ritual. We offer a spiritual fused treatment approach to those who want it!Untreated symptoms of stress and trauma generally do not resolve on their own.
