The Pathway Home provides educational, professional, and clinical support in a residential setting to post-9/11 Veterans pursuing academic or vocational endeavors who are transitioning back into the civilian world following military deployment.Utilizing an innovative, integrated model of care that builds on individual and collective strengths, The Pathway Home has developed a program to help its residents:-Live fulfilling and productive lives-Identify purpose post-military-Achieve academic and vocational success-Create opportunities for long-term success -Effectively manage depression, anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and other re-adjustment related issues-Foster healthy interpersonal relationships-Develop skills for effective problem-solving-Increase autonomy and encourage interdependence-Become engaged members of society
