NUCA is a national trade association representing utility construction and excavation companies and suppliers who install and maintain the nation's network of water, wastewater, gas, electric, and communications infrastructure. Founded in 1964 by a group of visionary men, today NUCA is a thriving organization with a strong advocacy program, exceptional safety services, and education and training programs tailored to the utility and excavation construction industry.
