Em helps people to step into their potential, awaken to new possibilities, and empower those around them. She does this through speaking, coaching, running programs and experiences, writing, videos and more.She has spent much of her life exploring this question: how can we create spaces where people thrive as themselves? That question has led her to work with thousands of people across over thirty countries. She grew up in Toronto, Canada, and has chosen to base herself out of turbo-paced Asia for the past 15+ years. She and her team has worked with top global organizations on innovative consulting projects where she's been recognized as a pioneer. She has worked with top leaders through coaching and experiential programs where powerful learning (or in some cases re-learning or un-learning) takes place. She's worked with incredible women with bold visions committed to leaving whatever they touch better than they found it.
