The company was established in the year 1930 by Late Mr. Motilal Laxmichand Sanghavi and his son, Late Mr. Amritlal Motilal Sanghavi also the founder. After their demise the company is being managed over by their second generation (sons) from the year 1955 onwards. Mr. Dhirajlal Motilal Sanghavi - Partner. Mr. Ashwin Amritlal Sanghavi - Partner. These three Managing Partners have an experince of above 25 years which helped the company to grow and diversify in different areas of Pipes & Tubes. Also with them, Mr. Ketan Sanghavi (S/o Ramniklal Sanghavi), Mr. Bhavesh Sanghavi (S/o Amritlal Sanghavi) and Mr. Hemal Sanghavi (S/o Dhirajlal Sanghavi) and Mr. Chintan Sanghavi (S/o Ashwin Sanghavi ) also joined the team for marketing the above products.
