Afea Care Services is a home and community care provider for NDIS services and Home Care Packages. We offer services from accommodation to skilled nursing to personal care for elderly clients and people with a disability. Our Vision is to be the most Trusted Care Provider. Esha Oberoi founded Afea in 2008. She was working as a carer in nursing homes and realised many elderly residents could have stayed in their homes with the right support. 13 years later, Afea Care Services is the number 1 core services provider in NSW for people with a disability. We have recently expanded to Melbourne and care for over a thousand clients. At Afea, we have a fun, family-friendly culture. We were awarded the AFR's 3rd Best Place to Work in 2021 and received particular recognition for our Anniversary Bonus scheme. We love to celebrate diversity and have a culture that promotes self-care and good mental health.
