Ethical Healthcare Consulting (EHC) is a community interest company formed to offer NHS organisations a fresh approach to consulting services. Our legal and commercial status is as a Community Interest Company (CIC), meaning that our sole objective is to deliver benefit to the NHS and its patients. Being a CIC also means we are not for profit - we cannot pass profits to shareholders or investors and we cannot be bought by private enterprise.We believe the time has come for a radical change in the way consulting is deliver to the NHS. We believe in an 'open source'​ consulting and partnership model, supporting the NHS by driving collaboration between Trusts and making all of our outputs available to all member NHS organisations. Whether it's a business case for a new EPR Programme or an integration engine, we at Ethical Healthcare will endeavour to ensure you have free access to the right information when you need it. Partner Trusts will also be supportred with access to each other's experience and expertise, freely able to collaborate and exchange best practice and lessons learned.Our staff are all seasoned veterans that have earned their battle scars supporting the NHS. Many are consulting specialists; others are experts in their niche field. What brings us together is the commitment to deliver tangible benefit to NHS at the optimal value for money.
