The process has revolutionised the production of steel section components used primarily in the construction industry throughout the world.The UltraSTEEL® process increases the capacity of steel by up to 12%, and as such weighs 12% lighter than conventional steel, increasing fire resistance, improving acoustic entrapment and reducing manufacturing costs.This major technical breakthrough can be developed for use on virtually any light gauge, cold rollformed section or product. Applications include vineyard support posts for use in some of the world's most prestigious vineyards to steel profiles for modular housing.Hadley Group also recently acquired EWS (Manufacturing) Ltd. EWS produces in excess of 25 million metres of cold rollformed sections annually. It is recognised as the market leader in Window and Door Steel Reinforcement and also has core strengths in other construction market products.
