We advise on the full range of maritime casualties including collision, salvage, towage, total loss, wreck removal and oil pollution cases and our commercial litigation/FDD division has a thriving practice representing owners and their liability insurers in all manner of claims including shipbuilding and repair disputes. We advise on debt recovery and defence, personal injury and non-marine recovery and defence.Services are also offered on an outsource basis with C Solutions contracted to one of the world's largest shipowning groups and a number of Lloyd's syndicates and brokers to provide claims outsource solutions. For some clients, we are their claims department.The firm is staffed by lawyers, experienced claims handlers (from the P&I and H&M sectors) and insurance industry professionals with offices in strategic locations globally.
