With experienced Personal Trainers, Yoga Teachers, and HIIT instructors, we bring a tailor-made program to your employees and coworkers to help maintain a healthy lifestyle. The classes are designed in short intervals which is just long enough to step away from meetings, the office, or your desk and get in a workout or good stretch, and then get right back on track.Custom Fitness was founded by Nich Haubeil in 2000. Nich graduated from Georgetown College with a B.S. in Kinesiology and has applied his knowledge of physical fitness as a Personal Trainer for the last eighteen years. With him, Nich brings a team of knowledgeable trainers and instructors to ensure individuals get the opportunity to tend to their wellness on a regular basis.
