Greentree was started in 1999 and maintains three offices in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Charlotte, North Carolina and Guangzhou China.Greentree was formed primarily to provide solutions for smaller to medium companies to be able to access the public markets, raise capital, or position themselves for acquisitions. What we found is that many local companies were experiencing challenges to grow into regional or national companies.
