Then through a combination of training and ongoing support (coaching), we hold the owner accountable to taking meaningful actions, thereby bringing about beneficial and permanent change.Business Life Ltd. works on key areas of Time, Team, Money, Sales and Marketing. Time- Analyse how time is spent, and ensure less important tasks are delegated to staff.Team- Create an organisational structure, to ensure there are clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabiities, with systems throughout.Money- Understand break-even, set up cash flows and budgets, creating proper financial control.Sales + Marketing- create marketing plans and strategies to fit with financial goals. Analyse and improve sales processes and techniques.Overall we help business owners to build a business that can work without them, so they can have it as a passive income, or one they can sell. Either way it should allow them to achieve their life goals.What makes us different, is that we don't just tell the business owners what they already know is wrong with their business, write a report and then leave them to sort out the mess.
