Arorae Corporation (ARO CORP for short) is a veteran owned small business focused on delivering advanced technology solutions and system engineering services to the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). With experience in computer science, network engineering and military tactical systems, we explore emerging technologies, develop rapid prototypes and ultimately assist DoD program managers introduce new and innovative capabilities for military use. Inspired by the tenacity of the ancient Polynesian navigators, the company name draws references to the island of Arorae in the Central Pacific where navigation stones were used to set a course of sail between islands. We seek to empower employees and build close-knit product development teams around the same spirit: a willingness to venture into the unknown, guided by a singular and focused purpose, and reliance on teamwork and our own human capacity.
