Many of our clients use offshore resources, but they do not want handle international payments, so we simplify that process by sending them a US invoice, and we take care of paying the offshore resources.One of the things we do really well, is project manage application development projects. We have managed over 10,000 hours of development projects. Some of our clients know exactly what they want their application to do, but do not know how to draft a detailed scope document, communicate requirements to developers, manage staff, test changes, and complete the work. Other clients want their business processes to be more efficient, but they do not understand the technology enough to know where to begin.
