The Pioneer group of companies has been established for 30 years providing residential and investment mortgage products in the non-bank market. As a mortgage manager, we obtain our funds from a variety of funding sources such as 2nd tier banks, major banks and securitised funds. Pioneer provides the funds to the borrower and we are also responsible for the mortgage until the borrower makes their final payment on the loan. This means that when a loan comes to Pioneer we manage the loan from application to discharge of the mortgage and handle everything in between.
