Savannah Marine Terminal Inc. transfers grain and heavy lift products from CSX and Norfolk Southern railcars or hopper trucks to ocean carriers and container trucks. With direct access to two major rail companies, Savannah Marine Terminal is able to unload as many as 23 CSX cars and 17 Norfolk Southern cars each day. Located just three miles from the Port of Savannah, Savannah Marine Terminal is the fourth largest container port in the U.S. Its three warehouses offer 80,000 square feet of storage, more than half of which is USDA-approved.
