Ready Portion Meat Company is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Ready Portion is not just restaurant supplies. Ready Portion cuts portion meats and distributes frozen and refrigerated products for restaurants and institutions. We are primarily known for our gourmet steaks, but have a substantial distribution segment as well. Our steaks can be found at the center of the plate in the finest restaurants. We also portion cut pork, veal and lamb. Ellis Beck and 2 brothers founded Ready Portion in 1960. Our commitment to service and consistency has established our place as a premier source of meats and sides for some of Louisiana's finest restaurants.
