Vertex Modelling is now part of VU.CITY and specialises in creating highly detailed and accurate context models using the highest resolution aerial imagery available. We have access to the very best data, which means that we can model at a much higher level of accuracy than most other 3D modelling businesses.The level of building detail that can be extracted from this imagery is extremely high, however we can tailor what is captured to a particular clients requirements. In terms of accuracy we state that buildings in our wide area models will have 75% of the roof level detail captured within 15cm of their real world location, however most of the time we actually exceed this level of accuracy.Once we have created the context model we offer the option for clients to ‘drop in' their proposed schemes and view them in a virtual environment where you can ‘fly through' the model to view your scheme from any angle you like adding another dimension to the design process.The highly detailed and accurate models are supplied in a variety of formats from mesh based models to a solid CAD format, allowing facade detail to be simply added. No conversion required.
