Move it or Lose it! are on a mission to transform the health and wellbeing of our nation's older adults. For some they're the first step to regaining their independence and, for others, a fun resource to workout regularly at home. Our routines are safe, enjoyable, effective and accessible to everyone whatever their ability. As collaborative partners with the Centre for Healthy Ageing Research at University of Birmingham, we're at the forefront, translating the latest research in healthy ageing into practical applications, ensuring all our instructors are part of a highly esteemed network.
