"No work of art has been created with such finality that you need to contribute nothing to it. You must recreate the work for yourself. You cannot look at a picture and find it beautiful by merely a passive act of seeing. The eternal relations that make it beautiful to you have to be discovered and in some way have to put it in it by you. The artist provides a skeleton, he provides guiding lines, he provides enough to engage your interest and to touch you emotionally. Our goal is to provide clients with high quality art sourced from South Africa and abroad. The gallery deals in contemporary and select South African masters. Our business is relationships, and building and sustaining them with our clients and artists. Our reputation is everything! The gallery first opened in town, but then relocated to a Victorian house in Gardens, Cape Town, which was purchased in 2010. Our operating hours are Tuesday to Friday 10 - 6pm and Saturday 10 - 1pm or you can contact: 083 312 3450 to arrange a private viewing. Parking Available.
