When I first started my employment with B&B Auto Sales, I remember sitting in Paul's office and him telling me to "focus on the customer, the relationship….the cars will sell themselves". I had heard this sort of thing in the past, but somehow I knew he meant it in a way that was much more sincere than any way I had heard it before. Since that time, we as a company have lived that "philosophy" in ways that have completely changed the face of our business.The changes to better serve our customers have been dynamic.
