We customize classroom and experiential training modules to fulfill your requirements and maximize your organization's people, time, and resources. Our process begins when we meet you and your team at your location or via video conference. This is an opportunity for you to share your story with us. Together we will plan a customized program to meet your needs, expectations, and desired outcomes. Training normally begins with a 2 to 5 day training event for your team at our home base in the Colorado Rockies or the location of your choice. Your customized program includes a combination of internationally recognized behavioral science personality and leadership assessments, comprehensive feedback, experience based leadership events, classroom sessions, strategic planning, and individual coaching. Experiential training events vary based on skill level and ability of your group, time of season, and desired activity. We continue our professional relationship with your team, providing follow on classroom instruction and executive coaching over 6, 9, or 12 months.
