We are an award-winning non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, providing resident-centered long-term care services, regardless of financial resources. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, and Private Pay. Our residents range from age 50-102 with the average being 83 of the 112 residents we serve. We employ approximately 170 team members to help us succeed in providing the best possible quality of care and enhancing each individuals quality of life. Since 2002 we have been in the process of transforming our organization from an institutional model of care which has been common for more than thirty-years to a 'resident-centered'​ care model promoting resident choice, resident schedule, and resident first.
