We have worked hand-in-hand with federal agencies to guide and support their background investigation processes; provide integration with OPM/NBIB and other data systems; facilitate collaboration and integration with internal agency systems; and streamline and optimize PERSEC business workflow. Complimentary to our personnel security (PERSEC) expertise, we also specialize in Business Process Management (BPM) solutions, with expertise spanning a variety of BPM tools; software methodologies; and software development languages and frameworks. For nearly a decade, we have worked with several agencies to define, design, build, support, manage and maintain their background investigations' CMS solutions.
