Chris has 15 years experience in real estate, beginning as an owner, manager and adviser for a private portfolio of residential multi-family properties in New Hampshire. He quickly discovered his love for all things real estate and moved to Boston where he's lived and worked in the city's historic and vibrant downtown neighborhoods ever since. Chris immersed himself in many facets of the downtown market so he'd have a thorough understanding of the various neighborhoods and micro-markets. He launched one of Boston's first dedicated loft-living websites while at a boutique brokerage firm and later partnered with another loft-focused brokerage. Working as the Accounts Manager for one of Boston's premiere property management companies, he learned the ins-and-outs of everyday property management in the city. And he's even taken coursework at Harvard University to study the history of the City of Boston when the opportunity arose. Chris and the team bring a special dedication to open-concept and loft-style living, to full-service and luxury buildings, and to the many unique condos in downtown market.
