Weave Youth & Community Services is a non-profit community organisation that has been working with disadvantaged and vulnerable young people, women, children and families in the City of Sydney and South Sydney areas for over 30 years\\Our vision is to create a strong, connected community that values its members with opportunities and justice for all.\\Weave provides a range of free services that include practical support, counselling, mental health services, drug and alcohol support, child development programs, education and training opportunities, and a late night transport service. Over 70% of our clients are Aboriginal. A particular focus of our work is on providing opportunities for Indigenous young people to reach their fullest potential and have access to a better life.
