Peter is a culinary pioneer and one of the founders of Hawaii Regional Cuisine. He has always been inspired by the people and products around him and this spirit led the movement to look at food in Hawaii in a new light. Each item on the menu demonstrates our commitment to high quality, locally sourced ingredients and perfect execution.
