The ConSus -ANT Stationary Cutting Solutions GmbH was founded in 2020 as a member of the ANT group and specialises in new challenges in industrial manufacturing. The ConSus system is an Abrasive Mixing Unit (AMU) in which abrasive is added continuously to the pressurized water flow with the lock method worldwide patented by ANT Applied New Technologies AG. In many industries, materials research regularly develops new materials for which suitable machining processes must be found. The spectrum ranges from new types of ceramics and glass to high-performance metal alloys, modern composite materials and plastics. For a large number of these materials, cutting with Water Abrasive Suspension (WAS) cutting jet is a technically superior and cost-effective machining process. In some cases, WAS cutting is even the only option.Continuous Suspension (ConSus) enables cost efficient use of WAS technology in industrial cutting processes.
