What do you offer to whom with which business model?We are a B2B software company offering the possibility to e-commerce companies, basically to all companies selling also products or services online(can be even a hospital), to sell and deliver worldwide without any knowledge or basic infrastructure, eventually with their own products / services created by third parties.Going along with globalization, the exchange of goods and services across continents, also(but not only) the increasing amount of marketplaces, we make it possible to companies to approach a global market, starting(in many forms) with the currencies and optimal rates for end customers, taxes calculations, shipping prices calculations, duty prices calculations, delivery, accounting, and more.There are further services around this experience.By the payments we focus on easiest gateways for end customers, lowest fees, instant payments, zero-fee commissions, automatic processes, merging gateways, handling cryptos, automatic distribution among several receivers, in many forms.It's important to appreciate, that our customers don‘t need any infrastructure, nor warehouse, nor knowledge on taxes, country regulatories, product types, international regulatories, required documents, taxes declaration, etc.It's all brought by our software.Third party integrations(Avalara, FedEx, UPS, etc.) are also possible down the road.Furthermore our overall financial solutions described above grow together becoming a payment solution itself.This ends up in a serie of extendable single products, which are sold as plugins or extensions of existing platforms with a yearly(soon monthly) subscription model.Furthermore we do custom implementations as the one or the other customer would like to have specific adaptations.
