We help stabilize lives by meeting immediate basic needs of food and clothing, quality healthcare and then provide support to help clients become more self-sufficient.Who We Serve:We serve uninsured, under-insured and individuals that are at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level in 5 counties in Georgia - Clayton, Henry, Fulton, Fayette, and DeKalbAreas of Service:Health Clinic: Every Sundays 12pm to 3pm- Primary Care- Telehealth- Mental Health (Third Sunday of every month)- Health Education- Pharmaceutical- Lab referrals- Women Health Clinic (First Sunday of every month)- Dental Clinic (Tuesdays and Thursdays - 10am to 4pm)Thrift store/Clothing bank-Children and adults like clothes and shoesFood Bank:- Provides both fresh foods and non-perishable items to families in need.
