CrossFit Zeal is the first strength and conditioning facility in the town of Holly Springs, North Carolina. We use and implement CrossFit as our principle training program simply because we have found it to be the most effective way to improve general fitness and increase the health of our athletes. All of the workouts we do use functional movements with real-world carryover. Because of this, you will not find any machines in our facility.We utilize many different sport modalities, including but not limited to:– Olympic weightlifting– Powerlifting– Kettlebell training– Gymnastics– Running/sprinting– RowingEvery time you come in to CFZ you will be put through the Workout Of the Day (WOD) by one of our certified coaches. That's it! No need to worry about what you're going to do at they gym; we take care of it all. All of our workouts are scalable, making the program ideal for any level.
