Friendship Community Care, Inc. is a nonprofit organization providing services to children and adults with disabilities.Founded in 1972, FCC has grown into a statewide care provider by merging with and acquiring over 50 health service programs across the state to provide a wide variety of community-based care options for individuals navigating life with a disability. Services within FCC's facilities include Pediatric Therapy services, Outpatient Therapy services, Arkansas Better Chance program placement, Rural Healthcare programs, Supportive and Community employment programs, Waiver Support services, Adult Day Program services, Behavioral Health services, and Special Education reform efforts in partnership with regional school districts. Friendship Community Care, Inc. also partners with Area Agency on Aging, as Arkansas' state-appointed managing organization for senior care. FCC provides management and expansion for AAA's Senior Wellness Centers, Meals on Wheels programs, and low-income Residential programs state-wide.
