A new IT company has opened their virtual ‘doors'. Oeloff De Meyer, a self-proclaimed ‘tech whisperer', who has worked for over 10 years in the United States, South Africa, and Canada as an IT Consultant, Computer Programmer, and Network Analyst, decided it was time to step out on his own and offer a new, friction-less service for the IT world. In partnership with his wife, Christina Rose, he created the company Technology Solve, and they are quickly taking over Southwest Manitoba's IT needs. Uniquely, the two skill sets combine to bring extraordinary customer service experiences with solving every IT problem as it comes. The IT world is not known for this combination, so they believe it's time.Rose brings ten years of outstanding operations, customer service, and management experience with large corporations. As the Chief Culture Cultivator, her plan is to have an empowering company that employees wake up in the morning feeling energized and can't wait to get to work. "The point is to make IT so easy that it takes the level of panic out of it," says Oeloff. "I worked in the industry for so long and encountered a million ongoing issues. Everyone told me I was able to ‘talk it down' to their level and to provide service that they only received from family or friends. I finally decided that that was it. I had to create a service that was virtual, that was always available, and that could talk to these people like a friend, not a client."Technology Solve is different from your average IT company because they are a family owned company that answer a phone call with an IT issue and deliver what they promise, in real-time. They log into the computer of the person on the phone and fix the problem while the person virtually spectates or they solve issues pro-actively so it doesn't get to that urgent call. They are real people who fix real problems.
