Spectra Medical Devices, LLC. was founded in 1995 by Anthony C. Arrigo, (known as Tony Spectra) who was previously CEO, President and owner of American Medial Instruments, Inc. in Massachusetts, a market leader in manufacturing custom procedural needles, which is now the needle division of Tegra Medical.
