Physicians and pediatricians throughout Southeast Wisconsin refer their patients to Rehab Resources because we are able to meet the complex needs of their patients and families. Rehab Resources operates four, full-service pediatric outpatient clinics located in Mequon, West Bend, Sheboygan and Beaver Dam, WI. Rehab Resources also provides adult outpatient Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy Services at two outpatient clinics in the Oostburg and Glendale Communities.
