Nobu Restaurants is searching for a Director of Event Sales who will actively promote events for the Nobu restaurants nationwide. This individual will serve as an expert and leader in the event industry and is responsible for generating event business to this portfolio of restaurants. They will thrive at driving sales though the utilization of excellent communication and negotiation skills and must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment that promotes autonomy, accountability and a close team environment. Being a self-starter, effectively communicative and highly organized is crucial as this is a newly developed role.
