Our Care StaffOur caregivers are employees of Bridgeway, they are not subcontracted, this way we are able to match specific caregivers with clients. This allows us to keep consistency and your routine the same. Our staff includes care managers, certified nursing assistants, experienced caregivers and companions. All of our care staff receives ongoing training, they are also carefully instructed on the specific care of clients they will visit. We believe in a happy workplace, keeping our caregivers happy is shown through the continuity of care we have for our clients.
